General terms and conditions of sale

All our invoices are payable in cash at our office in Beernem unless specifically stated in the invoice. In case of non-payment within 30 days, an interest of 15% per year will be charged along with the collection costs, with a minimum of 62 euro. No complaints will be accepted eight days after delivery. In case of dispute, only the commercial court of Bruges is competent.
